You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, or give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and/or dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel any order, for example due to stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

Many products come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 3 years, depending on the product and brand. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are specified for each product and by its manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country.

9. Safe Use of Products

Our products include electrical and motorized devices. You must read and follow the manufacturer's manual and safety instructions, and use products only for their intended purpose. Robotic lawnmowers, pool robots, and similar devices should be used with appropriate care, and children and pets should be kept clear of operating devices. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
